This race-proven High Performance transmission kit fits into your stock transmission housing without any modification and also uses the stock transmission fitted speed sensor. It features a lightened "Slick Trick" shifter drum, close-ratio first gear and stock ratio second through six gears. Unlike the original gearbox, the gears are not beveled but straight-toothed. Gears are precision ground 9310 steel featuring custom caged fat gear needle bearings and Quick Shift dog rings. Gear kits come ready to install on a Jims-branded large bearing 6061 aluminum trap door.
