PROGRESSIVE SUSPENSION 944-SERIES SHOCKS FOR TOURING MODELS

The 944-series shocks are specifically designed to deliver a comfortable ride at a 1" (2.5 cm) lower seat height. The 944-Series is a further development of the now obsolete 940-Series and use Frequency Sensing Technology (FST) in stead of the 940's IAS Inertia Active Sensing technology. Frequency Sensing Technology allows the shocks to sense the frequency of a bump and automatically adjust damping for superior ride quality. The 944 Ultra Touring shocks utilize all the suspension travel provided by the 13" (33 cm) eye-to-eye units, but provide a 1" (2.5 cm) lowered ride height. The unique Ultra Touring spring combination not only delivers a lowered ride height while its being ridden, but also while your bike is on the side stand.
