The bag is not exactly cylindrical but features a flat underside with internal steel bottom plate for rigidity. Under the hood you will find a flap with zippers left and right, as well as Velcro on the long end. Comes with 4 buckled straps to tie the bag with its D-rings to your luggage rack.
